Purchasing process

PRODUCTS WITH FAULTS OR DEFECTS

Once your request is accepted, we will contact you to arrange the collection of the product (along with its original packaging and labeling, and other documentation that may accompany it) at the address and time slot indicated, at no cost.

The amounts paid will be fully refunded to you within 14 days. The refund will be made in the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.
