To proceed with your order, please follow these steps:
- Image Submission: Please send us the image you would like printed on the mug. It can be a personal photo, an image from a favorite series, movie, music or video game . Make sure the image has a good resolution to ensure the best print quality.
- Simulation Preparation: Once we receive your image, we will prepare a simulation of what it will look like on the mug. This will allow you to preview the final product and make sure everything is to your liking.
- Design approval: We will send you the simulation for your review. If everything is okay, we will confirm the details and proceed with production. If you would like any adjustments, we will be happy to make them.
- Production and delivery: After your approval, we will proceed to create your personalized mug. We will keep you informed about the status of your order and the estimated delivery date.
